Our Story
KALIBRA s.r.o. was founded in 2013 in Detva, Slovakia, with a very specific goal: to give industrial companies a reliable partner for dimensional calibration – not a general lab that “also” does calibration. From the beginning we focused on length and plane angle instruments, because these are the tools that decide about product quality, tolerance and final inspection.
We work under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 within the Slovak accreditation system (SNAS), so our results are documented, traceable and can be shown to customers, OEMs and auditors in Slovakia and across the EU (ILAC MRA).
Over the years we added on-site calibration and CMM measurements, so that production companies don’t have to interrupt their processes to keep their instruments compliant.
Today KALIBRA supports manufacturing, automotive suppliers, precision engineering and quality departments that want calibration to be predictable, fast and understandable – not complicated.
Our Expertise & Capabilities
Our team comes from industrial metrology and knows the daily reality in production: instruments are in use, machines must run, and certificates must be ready for audits.
We work with:
- Calibration of length measuring instruments (gauge blocks, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges)
- Angle / plane angle calibration for tooling and machining
- CMM measurements for parts, fixtures and precision components
- On-site calibration for companies with large fleets of instruments
- Consulting for calibration plans and preparation for audits
We combine standardized, accredited procedures with practical service: pickup of instruments, clear certificates, recurring calibration schedules and fast turnaround for regular customers.
